Appease the gate and get through

A test of strategy and foresight, NothingDoor is a 1-bit, retro-inspired premium puzzle game that features 40 distinct levels. Its main objective is simple — you have to pass through the gate without any items in your pockets. Discard your inventory by using them on the enemies present.

Clear your pockets before moving to the next level

With a whopping 40 mind-bending levels to conquer, NothingDoor promises a challenging and engaging experience. Each level starts with you having an assortment of items in your inventory, and you have to get rid of them before trying to cross the gate. You’ll be sent back to the previous level if you try prematurely.

There are six enemies, each susceptible to the five items you’ll carry. Think ahead and plan your moves according to the order of the items at the bottom of the screen. That said, the difficulty may throw off some players. Meanwhile, the short overall gameplay duration is also a con.

Fun but may not be for everyone

Dive into an intricate, 40-level labyrinth of strategy and foresight when you play NothingDoor. With varying enemies and items that affect them, this puzzle game necessitates strategic planning and thoughtful execution. However, its steep difficulty curve and relatively short gameplay duration may not cater to all.
